Job description

Join to apply for the 2 Bin Process Owner role at GE Aerospace.

The 2-Bin Process Owner will be responsible for setting standards and managing the 2-Bin process, including policy development, systemic integration with material coverage visibility, and coordination with related processes such as Clear to Build (CTB) and Spares. This role involves end-to-end ownership of the process, including process mapping, defect identification, and gap analysis across manufacturing and distribution centers.

The position is open to remote work with 50% travel initially.

Essential Responsibilities

• Establish standards and processes for 2-Bin strategy execution.
• Implement methodologies by visiting Genba and creating reports on defects.
• Map current state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives to identify root causes and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate across manufacturing, assembly, and distribution to surface coverage gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Materials Management, Sourcing, Procurement, or Operations with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Desired Characteristics

• Experience in component manufacturing/assembly.
• Ability to analyze supply chain disruptions quickly.
• APICS/CPIM certification preferred.
• Traits: humble, transparent, focused, leadership, problem-solving skills.

The salary range is $111,700 - $148,800, with potential bonuses. The posting closes on May 1, 2025.
