Salt City Trucking is seeking a CDL-A regional driver based in Ashley, IN. Earn weekly pay from $1,700 to $1,850 with top earners up to $2,200 and potential annual earnings of $80,000–$115,000+. You are paid for mileage, unloading, and backhauls, with home time 3–4 times per week.

This touch-freight position requires physical unloading and mandatory night/early-morning shifts, with regional routes across Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

Formación

• Minimum background of 3 months tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Must be able to perform physical unloading.

Responsabilidades

• Operate regional routes through Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
• Unload freight at each stop using provided equipment.
• Complete approximately 3–5 stops per route.
• Night driving and early-morning deliveries with some weekend/holiday work.

CDL-A FAMILY DOLLAR Regional Driver - Ashley, IN

Earn $1,700–$1,850 per week on average, with top earners reaching $2,200, on a regional delivery account based in Ashley, IN. Get paid for mileage, unloading, and backhauls, with home time 3–4 times per week. This is a touch-freight position requiring physical unloading.

Pay & Schedule

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,700–$1,850
• Top Weekly Earnings: Up to $2,200
• Potential Annual Earnings: $80,000–$115,000+
• All-in Pay: Up to $1.76 per mile, including base mileage pay and eligible additional earnings
• Base CPM based on experience:
  • 0–11 months: $0.85 CPM
  • 12–23 months: $0.86 CPM
  • 24–35 months: $0.87 CPM
  • 36+ months: $0.88 CPM
• Unload Pay: $335 per unload
• Backhaul Pay: $30 per backhaul
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500, paid in installments through 180 days
• Training: One week of ride-along training at $150 per day
• Home Time: 3–4 times per week, typically every other day
• Approximately 1,110 miles and 3 loads per week
• Night driving, early-morning deliveries, and some weekend and holiday work

Job Details
