Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and reading proficiency required.
• Steel toes, hearing and eye protection needed.
• Appropriate workplace clothing (jeans, t‑shirts without rips).

Responsibilities

• Pack bottles, make boxes, grind material, and clean up.
• Make checks at the beginning of shift to ensure safety, quality, and production standards.
• Maintain or exceed quality and production standards.
• Perform minor machine adjustments when necessary.
• Ensure required documentation is available and correct for the product being manufactured.
• Ensure needed supplies are used and readily available as per shop packet.
• Accurately complete production reports for each product produced.
• Contribute positive suggestions or comments concerning quality, production, safety, and housekeeping.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
