Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a related field or 2+ years of call center experience delivering social services.
• Ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
• Demonstrated independent decision-making and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and referral services and crisis intervention to callers.
• Conduct interviews and document data accurately into the I&R software.
• Establish effective communication and engage in collaborative problem solving.
