The Crimson Group is seeking a motivated First-Year Electrical Apprentice to start a hands‑on career in New Mexico and Texas. You will work alongside licensed electricians on commercial, industrial, and energy projects, supporting installations, maintenance, and safety practices.

Expected to enroll in or already be enrolled in a registered electrical apprenticeship program, with basic tool knowledge and readiness to learn.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or willing to enroll in a registered electrical apprenticeship program.
• Basic knowledge of common hand tools and their safe use.
• Basic computer skills, including email, electronic timesheets, and mobile applications.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist journeyman and master electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Safely use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Pull wire, install conduit, terminate electrical devices, and assist with equipment installation.
• Follow project plans, drawings, and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Travel to project sites as required.
