Job summary

Viwinco Windows in Morgantown, PA is seeking hard-working 1st shift Production Assemblers to join our growing window and door manufacturing team. You will work across production lines, assemble products, operate machinery when needed, and ensure quality standards are met.

Compensation: $18.00/hour, hours 6:00am–2:30pm, with overtime and Saturdays required. Steel-toed shoes required; reimbursement up to $75 after hire.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Steel-toed shoes required (up to a $75 reimbursed once hired).
• Manufacturing experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on the production line and meet production targets.
• Follow production guidelines and specifications.
• Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment.
• Assemble products and parts.
• Monitor the assembly line and remove faulty products.
• Finalize and package products for shipment.
• Report issues to the supervisor on duty.
• Follow health and safety standards and wear PPE.
• Maintain a clean workstation and production floor.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
