Lippert Components, Inc. is hiring an Assembly Laborer in Indiana. You will assemble windows per product specifications and work closely with a supervisor to meet quality and production targets.

This full-time role requires reading blueprints, using hand tools, and maintaining safety and efficiency on the line. Overtime may be required to meet deadlines, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow documented procedures and standards.
• Willing and available to work overtime to reach goals.
• Clear communication (oral and written) skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assembles windows according to product and customer specifications.
• Prepares work by studying assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists.
• Positions parts and subassemblies and ensures correct fit.
• Maintains supplies and inventory, places orders as needed.
• Keeps equipment operational and performs preventive maintenance.
• Maintains a clean, safe working environment and adheres to safety rules.
