Staffpros LLC is seeking an experienced MIG/TIG/ARC Welder & Fabricator for 1st shift in Wisconsin. You will read engineering drawings, weld precision components, and fabricate parts per blueprints in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires 3–5 years of welding experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a strong work ethic. We offer competitive pay up to $30 per hour, overtime, full-time employment, and a supportive team with modern equipment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional welding and fabrication experience.
• Must be proficient in MIG, TIG and ARC welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Perform MIG, TIG, and ARC welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and other materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble components to required specifications.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Use measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify tolerances.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work independently while collaborating with production and engineering teams.
