Job summary

Pro Staffing Solutions is seeking an Assembly Welder in Manitowoc, WI to join our manufacturing team. This role combines MIG welding with mechanical assembly and requires pride in producing quality work. The candidate will read blueprints and use hand and power tools to measure parts.

We offer 1st and 2nd shifts with overtime on Fridays and Saturdays. Pay ranges from $22 to $26 per hour, with full-time employment and benefits after a probation period.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets blueprints, work instructions, and weld symbols.
• Operates MIG welding equipment and manual/mechanical assembly tasks.
• Uses hand tools and measuring devices to ensure accuracy.
• Maintains measurement and quality standards in production.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies.
• Assemble parts according to drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and weld symbols.
• Set up and operate welding equipment.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as required.
