Job summary

The McPherson Companies is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform all warehouse functions including preparing shipments, loading and unloading trucks, and assisting Operations personnel. You will pull and stage orders, operate equipment, and ensure safety policies are followed while maintaining a clean facility.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, warehouse experience, and the ability to use forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or expected.
• Experience in warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift and hand-held scanners.
• Knowledge of cargo securing and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform all warehouse functions including preparing shipments, unloading/loading trucks, and assisting Operations Personnel.
• Unload and load product in and out of trucks for next day orders in compliance with company policy and regulations.
• Pull and stage next day's orders for drivers.
• Operate a vehicle on and off customer sites in a compliant manner (if eligible for Driver).
• Maintain a clean and safe facility and follow safety guidelines.
