Job summary

Gordon Food Service is hiring for 1st Shift Warehouse Selector in Springfield, OH. The role offers a starting rate of $20.90 per hour with two pay raises in the first year and a Sunday-Thursday schedule. You’ll be on your feet up to 10 hours, lift up to 100 pounds, and work in freezer environments as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a warehouse environment performing selecting (picking) and related tasks.
• Lift up to 100 pounds and work in a freezer as required.
• Follow safety procedures and meet productivity standards.
• Receive training from dedicated training team and adapt to throughput demands.
