Job summary

Villari Food Group is seeking a Receiving Associate to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory records. You will organize, sort, and transfer goods, verify counts, and maintain accurate reports while following safety practices.

The role requires operating material handling equipment, maintaining a clean work area, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• GED or High school diploma.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment including walk-behind, forklift, and pallet jack.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ship, receive, pick orders, and prepare products for shipment.
• Count inventory and verify against manifests; inspect for damage and temperature control.
• Move and store products using forklifts and pallet jacks; stack on pallets up to 7 feet.
• Identify and recover damaged received or shipped items.
• Assist with physical inventories using scanners and ensure stock rotation.
