Villari Foods Group is seeking a motivated Shipping Associate for the day-shift team, with forklift experience and a strong eye for detail. You will handle shipping/receiving, product verification, and inventory control in a cold warehouse environment, coordinating with a team and operating power equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous forklift and warehouse training.
• Experience with stand-up lifts and riding pallets jacks.
• Able to work third shift, 8:00pm–4:00am, Sunday–Friday nights with overtime.
• Strong attention to detail; good arithmetic and English reading skills.
• Punctual with good attendance; able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare products for shipment; pick orders and build pallets.
• Count products, verify counts with driver manifests, check for damage.
• Move product using forklift or pallet jacks; stack and store materials; load/unload.
• Identify damaged shipments and assist in inventories with scanners.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and operate equipment safely.
