Job summary

Specialty Building Products, SBP’s leading distributor, seeks a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate - Order Puller to pull and prepare moulding orders for shipment from the Moxee facility. The role runs 6:00 AM–2:30 PM and involves accurate order pulling, packing, and labeling while maintaining product quality and safety.

You will use tuggers and forklifts and collaborate with the warehouse team to meet shipping deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate orders and packaging.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: accurately pick and pull items based on orders and shipping instructions.
• Packing and Preparation: safely pack, label, wrap, and secure items for shipping.
• Inventory Control: assist with cycle counts and report discrepancies or damage.
• Equipment Operation: operate tuggers, forklift or other warehouse equipment.
• Warehouse Organizations: keep areas organized and properly labeled.
• Quality Control: inspect products for defects and notify supervisor of issues.
• Communicate and Teamwork: collaborate with team to fulfill orders and report delays.
• Safety Compliance: follow safety regulations and report hazards.
• General Warehouse Maintenance: keep area clean and organized.
