Job summary

Alexandria Moulding is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate (Order Puller) to accurately pick, pack, and prepare moulding orders for shipment. You will operate tuggers and forklifts, maintain stock accuracy, and help keep the warehouse organized and safe.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in pulling, packing, and shipping to minimize errors.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move heavy loads up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills to count and verify quantities.
• Good time management to meet order deadlines and schedules.
• Manual dexterity for precise handling of products.
• Ability to work as part of a warehouse team.
• Clear communication with supervisors and teammates.
• Awareness of safety procedures to prevent accidents.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, tuggers).
• Problem-solving for issues like mis-picks or stock shortages.
• Organizing materials and maintaining an orderly workspace.
• Basic computer literacy for WMS or inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: pull items accurately from storage based on orders.
• Packing and Preparation: label, wrap, and secure items for shipping.
• Inventory Control: assist cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Equipment Operation: operate forklifts or tuggers following safety rules.
• Warehouse Organization: store materials in designated locations.
• Quality Control: inspect for defects before shipping.
• Communicate and Teamwork: collaborate to fulfill orders on time.
• Safety Compliance: follow safety regulations and report hazards.
• General Warehouse Maintenance: keep work area clean and orderly.
