Aeroflex-US in Sweetwater, TN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our 1st shift team. The role centers on receiving, storing, and preparing goods for shipment, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and efficient workflow within a busy warehouse.

Responsibilities include inspecting shipments, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, and maintaining clean, safe working areas.

Qualificações

• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and handle materials safely.
• Basic math and reading skills to process orders and inventory.
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Store products in designated locations and maintain organized inventory systems.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
• Document all warehouse activities accurately using company software systems.
