Gojob is hiring Warehouse Associates in Mt. Juliet, TN. We seek a dependable, detail-oriented candidate with at least 2 years of warehouse experience to support daily operations.

Ideal candidates will have experience with assembly, sorting, labeling, scanning, palletizing, and material handling. Shifts: 1st shift 7:00am-4:00pm; 2nd shift 4:00pm-12:30am. Candidates should work well in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions, maintain accuracy, and safely perform physical tasks throughout

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience with RF scanners, labeling, sorting, scanning, and palletizing.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and ability to meet productivity expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Perform assembly and bending tasks according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Sort, label, scan, and organize products and materials accurately.
• Operate RF scanners and other warehouse scanning equipment to track inventory and process orders.
• Move, stack, and palletize products for storage or shipment.
• Operate a manual pallet jack safely to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Wrap and secure pallets for storage and transportation.
• Load, unload, and handle materials while following safety procedures.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when processing products and orders.
• Identify discrepancies, resolve basic issues, and communicate problems to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety guidelines, procedures, and productivity standards.
