The role includes P&L responsibility, team leadership, payroll, and collaboration with management to ensure customer satisfaction and safety compliance. Benefits start soon after hire, including 401(k) with company match and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management.
• Experience leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage salaried and hourly staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet needs.
• Oversee payroll and wage-related processes.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L and report to leadership.
• Handle accounts payable, vendor quotes, and invoicing.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure safety regulations are followed.
