Job summary

Midwest Refrigerated Services, Inc. is hiring for a 1st Shift Warehouse Lead in Milwaukee, WI. The role is a full-time position with a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule, salary $22/hour.

Location: 8501 W Brown Deer Road, Milwaukee. The company provides refrigerated logistics services and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include directing staff, training, and enforcing sanitation, safety, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating forklift or pallet jacks is required.
• Experience with RF controlled inventory systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct work activities of employees as directed by Supervisor.
• Train employees on procedures and safety.
• Provide input on disciplinary issues when needed.
• Maintain exceptional sanitation and food safety standards.
• Uphold food defense practices and ensure compliance.
• Treat all associates fairly and professionally.
• Monitor breaks and lunches; manage housekeeping activities.
• Cover for Supervisors during vacations/PTO as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned and assist CSR functions.
• Collaborate with management team to meet objectives.
