Job summary

Frank Beverage Group is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate in Middleton, WI. This full-time role offers four 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, with a three-day weekend each week and starting pay at $21.50/hour plus a $1,000 retention bonus after 60 days.

The position involves receiving and unloading shipments, stocking inventory, picking and staging orders, loading trucks, and operating forklift equipment with training provided.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a warehouse or forklift preferred but not required.
• Must be able to become certified on company warehouse equipment.
• Post-offer physical assessment must be completed.
• Post-offer pre-employment physical assessment completed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
• Organize, stock, and replenish warehouse inventory.
• Pick, build, and stage customer orders accurately.
• Load delivery trucks for daily routes.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
• Use handheld scanners and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate product records.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.

What You'll Do

As a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate, you'll help ensure our customers receive the right products at the right time. Responsibilities include:

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
