Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift in Columbus. You will be assigned to a home department but may support in other DC areas. Responsibilities include picking, packing, shipping orders, loading/unloading, and moving inventory efficiently while complying with safety guidelines.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and operate inventory systems and scanners. The role offers benefits and a focus on development within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently, with assistance if needed.
• Must be able to stand and walk for entire shift duration.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, pushing, pulling for extended periods.
• Work in varying temperature zones and tolerate noise levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and in-house software.
• Ability to learn and operate inventory systems and scanners.

Responsibilities

• Picks, packs, processes, and ships orders accurately and promptly.
• Performs loading, unloading, order picking, sorting, and stocking.
• Operates warehouse tools and equipment including handheld scanners and inventory systems.
• Meet or exceed productivity targets and maintain daily metrics.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards to maintain a safe workplace.
• Support other departments as needed to ensure team success.
• Participate in training, meetings, and development initiatives.
