Job summary

Ollie is seeking a Warehouse Associate for Production, 1st shift in New York. You will assist in moving inbound/outbound freight, receiving, stocking, picking, loading, and processing within a fast-paced distribution center.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, operating pallet jacks and forklifts, RF scanning, and maintaining safety and accuracy. Requires flexibility and the ability to work until tasks are completed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Operate equipment needed for the role, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Ability to use RF scanner as needed.
• Ability to use RF 2-way radio for communication.
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
• Follow material handling safety procedures.
• Flexibility to work until work is done.
• Moderate use of Microsoft 365 apps.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload product by hand or with equipment to/from trailers.
• Operate pallet jack or forklift as needed.
• Follow safety and housekeeping procedures.
• Meet minimum productivity standards.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
• Unload, load, stock, pick, label, wrap items as required.
• Use RF scanner to locate products or locations.
• Maintain high accuracy in work.
• Sort/place materials on racks, shelves, or pallets.
• Plan picking/selection per distribution needs.
• Maximize trailer cube on outbound loads.
• Label materials via headset or tickets.
• Clear jammed boxes from conveyors and mezzanine areas.
