Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Tumwater, WA Distribution Center on the 1st shift (10:00 AM–6:30 PM). You will pick and assemble customer orders, prepare them for loading, and secure pallets with stretch wrap.

Responsibilities include counting cartons to verify accuracy, attaching proper shipment identifications, and participating in daily inventory counts. Candidates should have 3+ years’ experience operating stand-up reach trucks, forklifts, and order-picking equipment

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience operating stand-up reach trucks, forklifts, and order-picking equipment.
• Proven ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders from inventory stock and assemble customer orders appropriately.
• Prepare orders for loading and secure pallets using stretch wrap.
• Count cartons/containers to crosscheck and verify customer orders and validate accuracy.
• Attach proper identification on shipments ensuring correct delivery address for destination of customer order.
• Count inventory during daily inventory process.
