Job Description

Warehouse 1st Shift

We are seeking a Day Shift Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, selecting, and loading products within the warehouse.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Receive and process warehouse stock products.
2. Select and prepare customer orders to ensure complete fulfillment.
3. Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy.
4. Ensure accurate receipt and documentation for inbound products.
5. Affix pallet tags and mark materials with identifying information upon receipt.
6. Convey products from receiving areas to storage or other designated areas.
7. Place items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined slot assignments.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

1. High school diploma or GED
2. At least 18 years of age
3. 1-2 years of warehouse experience
4. Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred but not required
5. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
6. Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including background check and drug test

The pay range for this role is $20-$22 per hour. This range reflects current market data, internal equity, and business considerations. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, location, and other factors.
