Job summary

OSRAM SYLVANIA INC. in Hillsborough County, NH is seeking a 1st shift Utility to operate production equipment and ensure correct materials are used. You will monitor machinery, collect measurements, and adhere to 5S and safety standards while maintaining accurate records.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage, a path for growth through training, and a comprehensive benefits package. Work hours are 6:30am–3:00pm on the first shift with a $21/hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to prioritize work tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and report faults to supervisor or team leader.
• Capable of performing physical activities including bending, stooping and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment for production/processing operation.
• Measures and check raw materials or parts to ensure correct ingredients and quantities.
• Monitors controls to ensure machinery runs at proper levels and report malfunctions.
• Maintains records and manufacturing environment to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards across all work areas.
