Job summary

Allegiance-Industries is seeking a 1st shift Utility Tech/Floor Tech in Atlanta, GA to perform floor care tasks such as cleaning stairways, deep cleaning bathrooms, steam-cleaning carpets, stripping and waxing floors, and applying sealants. This role requires physical stamina and reliability, with on-the-job training provided.

The position emphasizes safety, punctuality, and following supervisor directions, with duties spanning cleaning, trash handling, and light moving of equipment. EOE.

We are looking for you to…

• Clean stairways
• Deep clean bathrooms
• Steam-clean carpets
• Strip the floor using the proper machinery
• Apply wax to coat floors and buff
• Apply sealant to floors
• Deep clean painted floors using appropriate chemicals/degreasers
• Clean buildings by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors and cleaning other surfaces
• Gather and empty trash
• Move heavy equipment and furniture
• Other duties as assigned
