Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift Utility Tech/Floor Tech for our education facility in Atlanta, GA. The role covers cleaning stairways, bathrooms, carpet care, and floor maintenance with on-the-job training.

You will support building upkeep during a Monday–Friday shift (6:30 AM–3:00 PM) in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a stable opportunity with potential for growth and a team-focused culture.

• Ability to detect safety hazards and communicate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Clean stairways
• Deep clean bathrooms
• Steam-clean carpets
• Strip floors with proper machinery
• Apply wax to floors and buff
• Apply sealant to floors
• Deep clean painted floors with chemicals/degreasers
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean other surfaces
• Gather and empty trash
• Move heavy equipment and furniture
• Other duties as assigned
