Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Accreditation from technical school or skilled trades program.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to read drawings and technical schematics (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic).
• Must provide tools as required to complete duties.
• Overtime flexibility and willingness to schedule changes.

Responsabilités

• Operate tools and machinery to maintain and repair equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Repair equipment using shop tools and machines.
• Monitor operations to meet safety standards.
• Follow safety, environmental procedures and report deviations.
• Read diagrams and drawings to fabricate parts with precision.
• Adjust components and control mechanisms.
• Work overtime or schedule changes as needed.
