Qualifications

10+ years of experience with stamping dies and tooling required.

Understanding of stamping tooling components and materials.
Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs.
Experience with CMMS software.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and improve preventive maintenance programs for tooling.
Provide recommendations to improve tooling performance and efficiency.
Schedule tool room personnel with foremen.
Control overtime and department costs.
Assist with in-house design and fabrication of equipment and spare die components.
Coordinate with EHS to ensure safety compliance.
Participate in audits and inspections.
Monitor and report status of tool room projects.
Evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
