Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a lead, trainer or supervisory capacity in manufacturing or production.

Responsibilities

• Support and promote a team atmosphere on the line.
• Monitor product flow for maximum efficiency and report discrepancies to supervision.
• Assist the supervisor with paperwork at the end of each shift.
• Assist in the operation of equipment necessary for proper product flow.
