ASTEMO INDIANA, INC. is seeking a Tooling Assistant in the PCU Machining area on 1st shift to support production and drive downtime reduction. The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, countermeasure development, and collaboration with engineering to improve machine reliability.

The starting pay is $22.70 per hour with an additional $2.00 per hour on 2nd and 3rd shifts, and requires a High School Diploma or GED. Knowledge of CNC/PLC systems and robotics is preferred.

Job Description: Position Summary: The purpose of this position is to support production manufacturing through root cause analysis and implementation of machine repair countermeasures and recovery. This TA's focus will be in the PCU Machining area on 1st Shift. The Machine TA plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of machinery to meet production goals and quality standards. This role aims to improve manufacturing proficiency levels to meet plant goals and objectives. You will collaborate with other teams to ensure the efficient and reliable functioning of machinery, improving overall productivity and operational excellence. The starting pay for this position is $22.70/hour, with higher rates depending on experience. There is an additional $2.00/hour for 2nd and 3rd Shifts.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
