Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring for Stand-Up Forklift and Order Selector roles in Lebanon, TN. The position is Full-Time with temp-to-hire potential and offers a 10:00 AM–6:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year forklift/warehouse experience required.
• Ability to follow all safety protocols.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable with exposure to heat/cold, noise and dust.
• Able to stand for duration of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs.
• Able to operate different types of forklifts including stand-up and order picker.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts and order pickers according to safety standards.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement.
• Receive, pick, transport and store products safely and efficiently.
• Stack, palletize and tote products as needed.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving and inventory records.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Wear required PPE and perform powered equipment safety checks.
• Work in environments with heat, cold, noise and dust.

Job Duties

• Operate stand-up forklifts and order pickers while following warehouse safety standards
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement
• Receive, pick, transport and store products safely and efficiently
• Stack, palletize and tote products as needed
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving and inventory records
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Wear required PPE and perform powered equipment safety checks
• Work comfortably at heights and around heat, cold, noise and dust
• Wear PPE as required
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
• Completes any other related tasks as needed
