Kelly Services in Riverside, Missouri is seeking a dependable 1st Shift Order Picker to join our warehouse team. This full-time role includes operating a stand-up forklift, pulling orders, and moving materials for shipment while keeping a clean, safe work area.

You should have forklift experience and a stable work history, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Overtime is available and typically scheduled earlier in the day, with early start times when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous stand-up forklift experience is required.
• Prior order-picking or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to independently lift and move up to 50 pounds safely and without straining.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and working in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Stable work history is required; candidates with at least two years with previous employers are strongly preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain steel-toe shoes for work on the warehouse floor.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift to safely pick, move, stage, and organize products
• Pull orders accurately and prepare materials for shipment
• Transport products throughout the warehouse
• Verify product quantities and order information
• Place materials in designated locations
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operating guidelines
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
