Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a dedicated assembler to perform assembly, sub-assembly, and packaging of speed reducers or gear boxes onsite in our Charlotte, NC facilities. You will follow engineering prints, use air tools, presses, and testing equipment, and ensure parts meet quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and about 2 years of assembly experience, with familiarity in power hand tools and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years assembly experience preferred.
• Experience using power hand tools desired.

Responsibilities

• Assemble product according to established methods, procedures, and BOMs; sub-assembly as needed.
• Inspect completed units for correct assembly and appearance to meet standards.
• Operate assembly equipment including air impact wrenches, presses, and testing gear.
• Complete required documentation and daily work reports.
• Package and label units, and ensure proper packaging and handling.
