Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Read/write English and interpret assembly documents (e.g., bills of material, blueprints, test information).
• Use power and hand tools, gauges, testing devices and small machines to assemble components to specifications and test.
• Follow detailed instructions and make minor judgments.
• Solid basic math skills (decimals and fractions).
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Accurately record daily production.
• Able to work in a team and individually.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sub-assemblies and units per blueprints and specs.
• Read drawings, BOMs, and test information.
• Operate inspection equipment to verify quality.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow SOPs.
• Record daily production accurately.
• Assist other departments when needed.
• Identify defective workmanship and report issues.
