Training is available for candidates with related machine-operating experience and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate slitting equipment for label and packaging production.
• Support laminating, coating, and other converting processes as needed.
• Load materials and prepare machines for production runs.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications.
• Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance concerns.
• Complete production documentation and material tracking accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety and quality standards.
