Job summary

Tops Products is seeking a production scheduling coordinator to coordinate, develop and monitor manufacturing crew production schedules. You will analyze production specifications and plant capacity data to determine material and human resource requirements, and develop a master schedule to meet production and shipping deadlines.

The role requires 1–2 years of admin/operational support in manufacturing, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office or Mac-based

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant admin/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the job.
• Requires good knowledge of general/standard administrative/manufacturing operations procedures and methods to successfully complete the duties of the job.
• Must have general knowledge of technology to include computers and software programs such as MS Office or MAC word processing, spreadsheets or other programs related to the print manufacturing process or administrative support.
• Must be familiar with applicable skills and procedures required to perform the duties listed above as Position Specific Details.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Requires good organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to solve problems related to duties of the job.
• Additional job knowledge, skills, and/or abilities specific to a department as listed above.
