Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing in Richmond, KY is seeking a Repack Team Member for 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM, M-F). You will repack parts, label containers with Plex, and follow procedures to meet customer quality and packaging requirements.

Required: high school diploma or GED and ability to read, write, and understand English. You must be able to work up to 12 hours per day, including weekends, and maintain safety standards. ESOP benefits apply to eligible roles.

Responsibilities

• Follow all plant rules and safety procedures, including dressing and behavior.

Who We Want:

Repack team members support production and customer requirements by repacking product from storage container into customer finished goods containers. Team members follow procedures to ensure that customer quality, packaging and labeling requirements are met.

What You’ll Do:

• Repack various parts into different containers.
• Print and label new containers via Plex.
• Complete one part number at a time.
• Communicate with supervision on daily objectives and repack requirements.
• Demonstrate proper lifting techniques.
• Understand and follows plant rules including proper dress, hair and cell phone usage.

When and Where:

This will be a 1st Shift / 6:00AM-2:30PM M-F position located at our Plant in Richmond, KY.

What You Need to Have:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at a level sufficient to safely and effectively perform job duties, including following work instructions, safety procedures, and company communications.
