Simmons Prepared Foods Inc is seeking a Floater VBC for 1st shift to assist daily shipping operations within the Evis department. The role supports production, adapts to changing needs, and contributes to team goals in a plant environment.

Candidates should be able to stand, move, and operate in a cold, wet, and noisy setting, with PPE provided. Lifting up to 40 lbs and active participation in team initiatives are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in production processes is preferred.
• Background in poultry or food processing is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Move to any area in shipping based on need.
• Support production by working in all shipping areas.
• Participate in team meetings and uphold BEST practices.
• Ensure compliance with Simmons operating systems and policies.
• Perform other duties as necessary to support business objectives.
