Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, issue visitor and contractor passes, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
Control access to restricted production, warehouse, shipping, receiving, and administrative areas.
Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
