Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Hesston, KS is hiring for a 1st Shift Robot Parts Loader on the robot welding line. You will assemble/fit parts, operate hand tools, and assist with welding processes to ensure safe, high-quality production.

The role requires compliance with safety standards, ability to read operation standards, and following standard work as trained. A high school diploma is preferred; training will be provided in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School / GED preferred (required to maintain pre-treatment system).
• Ability to comply with safety standards (full body Tivex suits, air purifying respirator).
• Technical ability to escalate issues when identified.
• Able to follow standard work as trained by a supervisor or OpEx lead.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/fit together parts to form complete units or sub-assemblies in a robot fixture.
• Use grinders, scrapers, or other finishing tools to ensure quality product.
• Control operation of robot, cleaning and inspection.
• Read and understand operation standards, as needed, such as blueprint.
