Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Robotics Technician for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:30am–2:30pm) in Loysville, PA. You’ll inspect, test, repair and maintain automation equipment to keep facilities running safely and efficiently.

On a typical day you’ll troubleshoot fault codes, run basic functional tests, respond to alarms, and locate problems by observing the automation field. Requirements: teamwork, experience with computers, and knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic and mechanical systems;

Qualifications

• Must have experience with computers and basic electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read simple electrical, mechanical and pneumatic drawings.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree and 1 year of automated warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot fault codes.
• Follow and execute basic functional testing procedures for equipment.
• Respond to alarms.
• Locate sources of problems by observing and monitoring the automation field.
