Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Robotics Technician for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:30am - 2:30pm) to maintain automation equipment in our facility. You will inspect, repair, and test robotics systems to ensure safe and reliable performance.

The ideal candidate has experience with computers and knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic and mechanical systems, and can read simple drawings. Associate or bachelor’s degree and 1 year of automation warehouse experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with computers.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read simple electrical, mechanical and pneumatic drawings.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree and 1 year of automated warehouse experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot fault codes.
• Follow and execute basic functional testing procedures for equipment.
• Respond to alarms.
• Locate sources of problems by observing and monitoring the automation field.
