Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Robotics Technician for the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:30am–2:30pm) at our United States facilities. You’ll inspect, test, repair, and maintain automation machinery to ensure safe, reliable solutions and top-notch service.

Prior robotics or industrial automation exposure is valued. Responsibilities include troubleshooting fault codes, basic testing, alarm response, and locating issues by observing the automation field.

Qualifications

• Experience with computers is required.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read simple electrical, mechanical and pneumatic drawings.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot fault codes on automation equipment.
• Follow basic functional test procedures for equipment.
• Respond to alarms and monitor the automation field.
• Locate fault sources by observing and monitoring the automation systems.
