Job summary

Apostolic Christian Restmor in Morton, IL is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the 1st shift. The role requires an active Illinois RN license and a nursing degree. Expect 35 hours per week, typically 6:00am–4:30pm, with every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Weekend differential of $2/hour applies in addition to base pay. Responsibilities include resident assessment, care planning, timely medication administration, and collaboration with the health care team.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Must hold an active Illinois Nursing License as a Registered Nurse.
• Full-time position averaging 35 hours/week with 6:00am-4:30pm shifts three days/week and every other weekend/holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assists in resident assessment and implementation of interventions.
• Plans care to attain/maintain health, independence, and mobility.
• Delivers medications timely and accurately.
• Communicates with physician and other health care providers to coordinate care.
• Maintains open communication with residents and families.
• Assists with orientation of new personnel.
• Records progress notes regularly for continuity of care.
