Job summary

Nolte Precise Manufacturing on the west side of Cincinnati, OH, seeks a First Shift Quality Technician. Core duties include performing inspections, handling non-conforming materials, and supporting production with quality initiatives. Strong math, blueprint reading, and tool knowledge are valued. Candidate will communicate effectively, manage changing priorities, and verify performance against specs.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly and convey information to others.
• Must use gauges and work aids to perform tasks.
• Must prioritize duties during shift with changing conditions.
• Must verify operator and machine performance against specs.
• Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge is required.
• Calibration tooling knowledge and basic MS Office skills.
• Experience with machining or AS9100 is a plus.
• CMM, Oasis or Discus programming knowledge is beneficial.

Job Summary Nolte Precise Manufacturing, located on the west side of Cincinnati Ohio, is in need of first shift Quality Technician. First shift is 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM Mon-Thur., with overtime available on an as needed basis.

• Complete designated inspections and record result in a timely manner
• Prepare and process non-conforming material reports
• Support production personnel quality questions and initiatives
• Participate in the calibration program
• Verify daily maintenance and 5S standards
• Follow policies and procedures, Vision, Values, Principles, and Philosophies.
• Maintain acceptable attendance.
• Any specifically assigned task.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate and convey information to others.
