Job summary

Nolte Precise Manufacturing, located on the west side of Cincinnati, Ohio, seeks a first shift Quality Technician. Shift runs 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Thu, with overtime as needed. Duties include inspections, non-conforming material reporting, and supporting quality initiatives.

Responsibilities cover CMM operation with PC-DMIS, 5S, calibration participation, communication of status, and adherence to policies. Candidates should have strong math, blueprint reading, and tool-use skills, with attention

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate and convey information to others.
• Must be able to use and select tools, gauges, and work aids to perform tasks.
• Must be able to prioritize work duties to reflect frequent changes during shift.
• Must be able to verify operator and machine performance against production docs and customer specs.
• Must be able to make decisions using logical principles in a timely manner.
• Excellent Math skills up to and including Statistics.
• Ability to prepare basic communication and reports.
• Advanced blueprint reading.
• Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ability to use calibration tooling.

Nolte Precise Manufacturing, located on the west side of Cincinnati Ohio, is in need of first shift Quality Technician. First shift is 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Mon-Thur., with overtime available on an as needed basis.

• Complete designated inspections and record result in a timely manner


• Prepare and process non-conforming material reports


• Operate CMM equipment using PC-DMIS


• Support production personnel quality questions and initiatives


• Participate in the calibration program


• Verify daily maintenance and 5S standards


• Communicate work status


• Follow policies and procedures, Vision, Values, Principles, and Philosophies.


• Maintain acceptable attendance.


• Any specifically assigned task.

Requirements
