CoWorx Staffing Services is recruiting for temp-to-hire manufacturing roles in Cavendish, Vermont, on the 1st shift. No manufacturing experience is required as training is provided; successful candidates will inspect parts, package products, operate equipment, and perform sanding and other production tasks.

Workers should be reliable, able to stand for the full shift, and maintain strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Package finished products for shipment according to established procedures.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and machines safely and efficiently.
• Perform sanding and other production-related tasks as assigned.
• Ability to remain standing for the duration of the shift, excluding scheduled breaks.
