• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiar with IATF 16949 quality standards and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect purchased parts, subassemblies and finished products to defined criteria.
• Rework or reject products as required.
• Document inspection results accurately.
• Review scrap tags and support audits.
• Engage in problem solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Follow established procedures and work within a team.
