Job summary

SITE Staffing Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician for 1st shift in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will inspect products, perform testing, and document results to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.

The role requires 1 year of related experience, HACCP/GMP familiarity, and strong attention to detail. Proactive teamwork and office software skills are valued, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMPs, allergen control and food safety practices.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; Access is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and food safety requirements.
• Perform quality inspections and testing on products and packaging materials.
• Collect samples and conduct routine quality checks during production.
• Conduct GMP, sanitation, and facility inspections for compliance.
• Monitor production and identify quality concerns for corrective actions.
• Verify HACCP, GMPs, SOPs, and SQF compliance.
• Document inspection results and communicate findings clearly.
• Assist with calibration programs and customer complaint investigations.
• Support audits and provide assistance to other departments as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
